📋 Description

• Operate the security program management function; AI-augmented workflows.
• Own day-to-day PM of security projects; drive prioritization.
• Collaborate with AI engineering; define good AI outcomes.
• Produce program-level status, metrics and roadmaps.
• Model team capacity; flag slippage; surface overcommitment early.
• Prioritize work using impact, urgency, dependencies, capacity.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years of PM experience; tech/engineering exposure.
• AI-driven PM experience with real-world impact.
• Jira/Confluence: epic/project structure, JQL, dashboards.
• Excellent written communication; exec updates and briefs.
• Comfort making decisions with incomplete information.
• Ability to push back constructively when commitments are at risk.
• Experience in remote-first environments.
• Bonus: security, infrastructure, or platform engineering exp.
