Senior Technical Program Manager- Silicon

📋 Description

• Organize and drive planning, scheduling, and day-to-day execution for silicon, package and systems development
• Collaborate with leads and engineering teams to estimate and prioritize tasks for quality on schedule
• Develop and lead project plans (scope, schedule, budget) with partners and business needs
• Manage project schedules and quality, identify risks, and communicate to stakeholders
• Facilitate recurring project meetings and operational checkpoint activities
• Provide hands-on PM, cross-functional coordination, and communications to deliver outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 8+ years in silicon design, tapeout, and product qualification.
• EVT, DVT, and PVT product qualification lifecycle experience.
• Prior semiconductor engineering experience (chip, systems, or product).
• Ability to influence decisions and lead teams in a matrix environment.
• Proficient with PM tools (MS-Project, Asana, Smartsheet).
