Senior Technical Program Manager, Systems and Business Process Review

📋 Description

• Lead Business Process Reviews across Manufacturing Operations to optimize workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to define future-state processes, requirements, and KPIs.
• Program manage the Systems Pillar of the ZPS for implementation and adoption.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to translate needs into process and system solutions.
• Develop and execute change management and adoption strategies for new systems.
• Facilitate workshops and continuous improvement while monitoring adoption metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 8+ years leading business process transformation and enterprise systems in manufacturing/ops/tech.
• Experience analyzing and redesigning processes; translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Strong understanding of ERP, QMS, PLM, MES in manufacturing and logistics.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; convey technical information clearly.
• Bonus: SAP Certified Associate; Master's degree; PMP/PgMP or similar PM cert.
