📋 Description

• Lead multiple technology initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, vendors, and
• Manage external vendors against SOWs, milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring
• Coordinate the implementation and MVP delivery of an AI/data platform, including requirements
• Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear
• Lead Shopify ecommerce launch readiness, coordinating technical vendors, infrastructure, security
• Coordinate go-live activities, risk management, issue escalation, and real-time communication

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Technical Product Manager, Technical Program
• Proven experience managing complex technology implementations, including AI, data, analytics, or
• Strong hands-on Shopify experience is required, including experience supporting high-traffic
• Experience managing external vendors against SOWs, timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments.
• Strong technical understanding of ecommerce infrastructure, security, scalability, traffic/load
• Experience leading UAT, requirements gathering, launch readiness, risk management, and go-live
