Senior Technical Program Manager - Vehicle Attributes

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of vehicle attribute milestones and clear bottlenecks.
• Partner with attribute and test leads to surface risks and plan recovery.
• Design and maintain lightweight JIRA workflows, sprint cadences, and reporting.
• Act as the primary interface for cross-functional requests coordinating hardware/software/validation.
• Translate complex technical data into concise leadership updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years TPM experience delivering automotive, aerospace, or robotics hardware.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field (or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of vehicle systems, development cycles, testing.
• Expert-level JIRA board, workflow, and dashboards for real-time health visibility.
• Proven closer mindset with autonomy and calm under shifting priorities.
