🎯 Requirements

• Strong programme and project management skills across hardware-centric, cross-functional programmes.
• Ability to tailor delivery methods, including waterfall, Agile or Scrum, to fit technical delivery.
• Experience driving alignment across engineering, operations and geographically distributed teams.
• Confidence managing complex dependencies across technical teams, suppliers and manufacturing
• Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project or equivalent.
• Experience in semiconductors, electronics manufacturing, manufacturing test, lab or silicon
