Senior Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and manage project plans, scope, and schedules for aerospace systems.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to define deliverables and ensure execution.
• Lead daily technical operations: hardware integration, software testing, safety verification.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve development challenges.
• Proactively identify and mitigate schedule risks using technical expertise.
• Oversee technical documentation: design records, testing protocols, milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years managing technical projects in aerospace or related fields.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Wrike).
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong technical communication and ability to present to leadership.
• Onsite work Mon-Fri in California; support remote staff in NV and OH.
