Senior Technical Project Manager, Engineering

📋 Description

• Founding PM for Engineering; define PM playbook from day one.
• Lead Solutions Engineering delivery: custom solutions, integrations, and SOWs for enterprise deals.
• Support Platform Engineering with delivery discipline on cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive milestones, dependencies, risks, and clear communications; ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Consulting; join customer calls when needed.
• Establish and maintain project communication plans; assess tooling for long-term success.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical project or program delivery; 3+ years at senior level.
• Proven ability to run multiple complex projects in parallel across cross-functional teams.
• Track record of stakeholder alignment and regular executive reporting.
• Experience delivering customer-impacting technical work in enterprise software; SOW-based or custom engagements.
• Strong technical fluency: facilitate architecture/integration trade-offs; manage dependencies with senior engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; tailor messaging to engineers and executives.
