📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects supporting insurance functions such as Policy
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, milestones, deliverables, and
• Develop and maintain project plans while ensuring priorities, responsibilities, timelines, and
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, vendors, and cross-functional
• Lead Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives
• Track project progress using Jira or comparable project management and collaboration tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end technology projects within the insurance industry
• Strong understanding of insurance business functions, particularly Policy, Claims, Underwriting
• Proven experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, deliverables
• Experience coordinating with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, vendors, and
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies and applying Jira or comparable tools for project
• Demonstrated experience coordinating system integrations, upgrades, releases, and technology
