Senior Technical QA Tester (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Own features and test coverage end-to-end from requirements to release monitoring.
• Design, write, and review test plans and maps; define QA strategy for complex features.
• Write/maintain automated Python tests; monitor runs and release sanity checks.
• Perform technical QA analysis: profiling, memory, CPU/GPU, and build size (iOS/Android).
• Monitor regressions: frame rate, load times, and APK/IPA size changes.
• Coordinate team playtests and releases; oversee QA workload across testers.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive QA experience in mobile gaming, ideally in an F2P/LiveOps environment.
• Hands-on automated Python tests experience.
• Perf metrics: profiling, memory, build sizes, frame pacing (iOS/Android).
• Experience with test management tools (Xray, TestRail, Zephyr) and Jira/Agile.
• Experience coordinating QA workload across internal and external testers.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
