📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Technology, from hiring
• Partner with engineering leaders to deeply understand their teams, technical challenges, hiring
• Build and execute sourcing strategies for difficult-to-find technical talent rather than relying
• Develop enough technical fluency to confidently evaluate candidate backgrounds and communicate
• Serve as a talent advisor to hiring managers, bringing market data, pipeline insights, and
• Use recruiting data, market insights, and pipeline trends to make informed decisions and adjust

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience recruiting technical
• Strong understanding of Ashby
• Proven success recruiting software engineering and other highly technical roles in competitive
• Strong direct sourcing skills with demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive candidates
• Experience partnering directly with Engineering Managers, Directors, VPs, or other senior technical
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and translate complex hiring needs into effective
