📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across eng, AI, ML, and design
• Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring strategy and headcount
• Build and execute sourcing strategies for competitive technical talent
• Advise teams on talent market trends, interview design, and closing strategy
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through offer

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in high-growth tech
• Experience recruiting across software, infrastructure, AI, ML, research, mobile, or dev platforms
• Proven success partnering with engineering leaders on strategy and planning
• Exceptional sourcing skills for difficult-to-reach technical talent
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex searches with high quality
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments
