📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering roles from intake to offer.
• Align with managers on role requirements, interview plans, and timelines.
• Create and execute sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Manage pipelines, improve velocity, ensure a great candidate experience.
• Lead debriefs and guide teams on evaluation and closing strategy.
• Track recruiting metrics and flag risks using data.
• Ensure consistent processes and ATS documentation.
• Represent Vast's mission and value to candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates
