🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house within the enterprise
• Proven hands-on experience with strategic sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut
