🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years recruiting senior, staff, and director-level technical talent in hyper-growth environments
• Track record of leveraging AI tools and data to source, assess, and hire top candidates.
• Creative, resourceful, and capable of unconventional approaches for hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong critical thinking and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent relationship-building with candidates and partners.
• Comfort with recruiting tech stack (Ashby, Juicebox, etc.) and ability to ramp on new tools quickly.
