📋 Description

• Work with one client at a time, embedded in their culture.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to demonstrate the value of talent practice.
• Host hiring events and manage end-to-end recruitment projects.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience across all recruitment stages, including offers.
• Collaborate with technical sourcers to ensure a diverse pipeline of top talent.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
