Senior Technical Recruiter

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles globally
• Drive direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
• Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define strategy, and deliver results
• Act as a recruiting advisor, providing insights on talent market conditions, sourcing feasibility
• Ensure a structured, timely, and professional candidate experience
• Use SmartRecruiters (ATS) to manage pipelines, reporting, and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or
• Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates across a range of roles — including Product
• Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing strategic input on
• Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing strategies, and talent market research
• Hands-on experience working with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple roles independently, prioritize effectively, and own results from start
