📋 Description

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and AI research positions, from intake and sourcing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including substantial experience hiring technical
• Proven track record recruiting AI Research Scientists, Research Engineers, Machine Learning
• Experience sourcing and engaging highly sought-after passive candidates from leading technology
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into focused, practical
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, technical communities, publications
• Experience partnering with senior engineering, research, and executive leaders as a trusted talent
