Senior Technical Recruiter

📋 Description

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting for engineering, product, design, IT, security, and leadership roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build structured interview plans, and
• Source and recruit candidates through industry groups, professional networks, and underrepresented
• Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess relevant knowledge, experience, aptitude, and
• Deliver analytical, well-documented recruiting updates and reports that help leaders make better
• Build and improve AI-supported workflows for outreach, scheduling, screening, or reporting, using

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across software engineering, design, product
• Have experience hiring within growing SaaS companies with a high bar for technical talent
• Have experience coordinating scheduling and video interviews, as well as screening and evaluating
• You are comfortable owning multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a clear
• Have experience sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top engineering talent. Bonus points for having
• Are familiar with modern ATS tools, preferably Greenhouse, and have experience leading Diversity
