🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical domains (Engineering, ML).
• Proven track record hiring senior/niche tech talent in competitive markets.
• Influence stakeholders and solve complex recruiting challenges with creativity.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze metrics and inform strategy.
• Startup mindset and outside-the-box thinking.
