🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for Engineering, Product, Design and/or Data roles.
• Fintech/Payments knowledge and SF market familiarity.
• Analytical mindset to inform hiring strategies.
• Self-motivated with ability to structure and prioritize tasks.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies and passive talent pipelines.
