📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting (from intake through offer and close) across a variety of technical roles
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies that go beyond inbound applicants
• Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership as a strategic advisor: run structured intakes
• Use recruiting data, funnel metrics, and our AI-enabled recruiting stack (Noon.AI, BrightHire) to
• Deliver a high-touch, world-class candidate experience end to end, with fast follow-up at every
• Evaluate candidates rigorously using structured/behavioral interviewing and deliver thorough

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience required, 7+ preferred, including a track
• Agency and in-house experience a plus; enterprise software recruiting experience preferred
• Thrives in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented recruiting environment - driven by closing searches and
• Strong sourcing skills: proven ability to find and engage candidates who aren't actively looking
• Learning agility and genuine curiosity: comfortable ramping quickly across different technical
• A track record of advising and influencing senior stakeholders, including director/VP-level hiring
