🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a track record of closing complex
• Hands-on Ashby experience is required, you're comfortable using the platform and it's not just "an
• Genuine versatility - proven ability to pivot across multiple technical domains (not just one
• Fluency with modern sourcing platforms and AI tooling, and a test-and-learn mindset to keep
• The judgment to navigate ambiguity, calibrate hiring bars, and the confidence to push back when
