📋 Description

• Managing the full-lifecycle recruiting process, from application through offer acceptance
• Screening and sorting inbound applicants and communicating with candidates promptly
• Proactively sourcing and attracting top passive talent
• Conducting initial screening calls to assess fit and educate candidates on Salesloft and our
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, identify interview teams, gather
• Supporting interview scheduling, reporting, and related administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of agency and in-house recruiting experience
• Strong cold-calling skills and a sales mindset
• Data-minded approach, with comfort using funnel, pipeline, and time-to-fill metrics to guide
• Commitment to continuous process improvement, with curiosity about AI and automation tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of an organization
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced tech environment and adapt quickly to changing
