📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategies to hire software and ML engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical recruiting for software/ML or specialized roles
• Experience recruiting for autonomy, robotics, embedded systems, or AI
• Strong stakeholder management using data and insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in fast-paced growth
• High ownership mindset with autonomous work style
