🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with ownership of mid- to senior-level
• Proven success recruiting Senior Software Engineers; experience with AI or ML Engineers preferred
• Advanced sourcing skills: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, talent mapping
• Ability to engage with Engineering leaders and understand software development and AI/ML concepts
• Strong consultative skills for advising hiring managers
