🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years technical recruiting at high-growth tech companies, with proven AI talent hiring track record
• Experience recruiting from industry and academic pipelines; familiarity with publications and conferences
• Ability to partner with senior technical leaders and influence hiring with data
• Resourceful, adaptable, and creative in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Demonstrated ability to design recruiting processes and talent strategies for emerging tech orgs
• Strong execution to close highly competitive candidates in constrained markets
