📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, MLOps, Software
• Publish technically accurate, compelling job descriptions.
• Source senior, hard-to-find technical talent via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Kaggle, and
• Evaluate candidate backgrounds across data platforms, ML frameworks, cloud environments, and
• Conduct technical screening to assess hands-on experience and problem-solving.
• Partner with interviewers and teams to set assessment standards and criteria.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years as a Technical Recruiter for Data, ML, AI, Software Eng, or related roles.
• Proven success recruiting senior, niche tech professionals in fast-paced settings.
• Strong knowledge of data and ML ecosystems, cloud technologies, and software practices.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP; ability to screen candidates credibly on hands-on experience.
• Excellent sourcing using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Kaggle, and communities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
