📋 Description

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including intake meetings
• Proactively identify, engage, and recruit high-performing technical professionals, including Field
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates who may not be

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a demonstrated track record of successfully
• Previous experience recruiting for field service, skilled trades, engineering, technical
• Strong sourcing expertise, with the ability to identify and engage qualified passive candidates
• Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search, referral sourcing, and
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining high
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing
