🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups.
• Proven experience hiring hard-to-fill roles, using sourcing tools, conducting market research, and
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data to refine strategies.
• Ability to quickly familiarize with new roles and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills to work with hiring managers and act as a strategic partner.
• Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset to handle challenges and meet outreach targets.

🎁 Benefits

• US base salary range: $153,000 - $172,000.
• Eligibility to participate in TRM's equity plan.
