📋 Description

• Perform full-cycle recruiting across the org, from intake to offer.
• Partner with teams to define hiring needs for Tech and Product.
• Proactively source top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Stay current with industry trends to improve sourcing and inclusion.
• Work with stakeholders on data-driven hiring and onboarding.
• Collaborate with recruiters in the global Talent Acquisition team.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Experience hiring for engineering, product, design, and/or data roles.
• Strong analytics to inform hiring strategies.
• Highly self-motivated with strong prioritization.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies and passive talent pools.
• Fintech/Payments experience and knowledge of Chicago market appreciated.
