🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Experience hiring for engineering, product, design, and/or data roles.
  • Strong analytics to inform hiring strategies.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong prioritization.
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies and passive talent pools.
  • Fintech/Payments experience and knowledge of Chicago market appreciated.
