📋 Description

• Manage multiple technical searches across software engineering and related tech
• Partner with engineering leadership to align on hiring needs, processes, and search strategy
• Proactively source diverse, qualified talent via outbound strategies and networks
• Represent Upstart in the market with exceptional candidate experiences
• Use data to assess pipeline health and optimize recruitment strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years full-cycle recruiting focusing on software/technical talent
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
• Proven success filling high-volume and specialized technical roles
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with technical stakeholders
• Ability to ramp quickly and operate independently in a contract capacity
• Proficiency in data-driven recruiting and pipeline analysis
