🎯 Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools.
Ability to assess technical skills and candidate potential.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
Data-driven approach to optimize recruitment strategies.
Ability to navigate ambiguous situations in a rapidly evolving tech org.
