📋 Description

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for defense software talent (cleared or not).
• Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring needs and clearance requirements.
• Leverage AI tools to automate recruiting workflows and boost productivity.
• Lead structured interviews to assess technical excellence and fit.
• Build and maintain defense-adjacent talent pipelines.
• Provide data-driven insights on funnel health, pass-through rates, and time-to-fill.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical recruiting, with defense product experience.
• Extremely strong candidate sourcing capabilities.
• Strong business partnership skills with data-driven influence.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced environment.
• High ownership mindset with autonomous work.
• Nice to have: recruiting software/defense engineers; familiarity with Ashby or Greenhouse.
