• Own full-cycle recruiting for Hover's ~100-person Engineering organization.
• Partner with Head of Engineering to shape hiring strategy.
• Build sourcing strategy with LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and AI tools.
• Coach engineering leaders to become great interviewers and partners.
• Drive AI and ops innovations in recruiting processes and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting for software eng.
• Sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill roles: CV, ML.
• Strategic partner to hiring managers; shape strategy and process.
• Background in high-growth tech; comfortable with ambiguity.
• ATS/CRM proficiency incl Greenhouse; hands-on AI tool usage.
• Nice-to-haves: AI/ML, CV, infra, graphics/3D, security.
