Senior Technical Recruiter, Engineering & Architecture

📋 Description

• Partner with recruiting and HR leadership to understand workforce needs and support hiring
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, particularly for
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals
• Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach while maintaining long-term
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments covering technical discipline and project experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience within AEC, engineering consulting, construction, infrastructure
• Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring passive, specialized, and difficult-to-find technical
• Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, professional associations
• Ability to quickly understand technical positions and translate business requirements into focused
• Proven experience building proactive talent pipelines, assessing candidates, managing
• Working knowledge of technical credentials such as PE, EIT, RA, LEED, CxA, or comparable

🎁 Benefits

• Expected base salary of $85,000–$105,000, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, company
