📋 Description

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to hire software engineers, ML engineers, and tech talent
• Partner with engineering leaders and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and
• Leverage AI tools to automate recruiting workflows and boost productivity.
• Lead structured interview processes to assess technical ability and alignment with our mission.
• Build pipelines into defense-adjacent talent communities.
• Provide data-driven insights on funnel health and time-to-fill across cleared and non-cleared roles.

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience hiring high-quality engineering talent.
• Extremely strong candidate sourcing capabilities.
• Strong business partnership skills and ability to influence using data.
• Experience managing multiple complex searches in a fast-paced environment.
• High ownership mindset with autonomy.
