📋 Description

• Identify, interview, and evaluate candidates for opportunities.
• Foster long-term IT relationships; attend local user groups.
• Review and understand technical job requirements and skills.
• Review, reformat and present resumes to meet client needs.
• Develop strategies to qualify candidates through tools and networks.
• Meet with candidates to assess qualifications; coordinate with sales.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years technology recruiting experience.
• Active member of IT community and/or networking groups.
• Track record of proven success in a staffing or consulting organization.
