  • 5+ years in customer-facing Technical Sales (enterprise SaaS).
  • Design and deliver complex enablement programs leveraging AI.
  • Strong program management; manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; translate technical concepts.
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing, SE, and CS.
  • Experience with demo platforms and writing demo instructions.
