📋 Description

• In-market support for technology partners to ensure good customer outcomes
• Development support through the Design-Win process — helping partners get to market via MongoDB
• Acting as the domain expert/context source for partner-related matters
• Actively monitoring partner-related cases to ensure correct handling
• Facilitating partner engagement as needed
• Onboarding partners: documenting contacts, establishing escalation paths, setting up communication

• Experience building and maintaining complex mission-critical production database systems (RDBMS or

• Experience working with APIs and using it to integrate with 3rd party technologies and software in
