Senior Technical Sourcer

📋 Description

• Sourcing across Analytics, Data Science, ML, Software Eng, Architecture, Product
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to define needs and success profiles
• Build pipelines and engage passive talent via research, mapping, and outreach
• Lead projects to improve sourcing techniques and processes with automation
• Advise teams with data-driven talent market insights

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years technical sourcing; at least 2 years in-house recruiting
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships
• Proven success delivering passive pipelines for hard-to-fill teams
• Experience building creative sourcing plans; proactive phone/internet research
• ATS experience (Ashby ideal) with sourcing/tracking candidates
