📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for technical roles across engineering, data, product, AI, and
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping to inform hiring strategies
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through creative outreach across platforms such
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, calibrate
• Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles, including
• Champion diversity sourcing initiatives to attract underrepresented technical talent.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, infrastructure
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, talent mapping, and market
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets, engineering org structures, and emerging technology
• Proven ability to engage and convert passive candidates through thoughtful, personalized outreach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build
• Data-driven mindset with experience using sourcing metrics to refine strategy and improve results.
