Senior Technical Sourcer (Contract)

📋 Description

• Own sourcing strategy and execution for technical searches spanning senior individual contributors
• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand business priorities, define target
• Build talent maps and research target companies, teams, and leadership structures to uncover
• Identify and engage active and passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search
• Develop thoughtful, personalized outreach that connects candidates’ experience and interests to
• Conduct initial exploratory conversations to assess relevant experience, motivation, and alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, including substantial experience sourcing
• Demonstrated success supporting searches for senior individual contributors and technology leaders
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to distinguish relevant skills, scope, and
• Expertise in talent research, market mapping, Boolean search, and engaging hard-to-reach passive
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to build credibility with senior candidates
• A structured, data-informed approach to managing multiple searches and competing priorities.
