📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years technical sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing across software, systems, and aerospace domains.
• Proficiency with an ATS (Greenhouse/Workday/Lever) and data integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for outreach.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI-powered sourcing skills.
• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for multiple requisitions.
