Senior Technical Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Own reported issues from start to finish
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify root causes
• Reproduce issues and write detailed bug reports
• Escalate unresolved issues to dev teams and document fixes
• Manage production incidents and participate in on-call rotations
• Develop and report key metrics; write complex SQL queries
• Drive cross-team initiatives with area-wide impact
• Design new services and tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Technical Support, SRE, or similar
• Strong software programming and system architecture knowledge
• REST APIs and webhooks experience
• Troubleshoot web apps and identify root causes
• Grafana and observability tooling experience
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and scripts
• Comfortable on Mac, Linux, and Windows
• Incident management experience
