Partner with engineering to own performance issues on dashboards, monitors, and datasets.
Design and build AI skills to boost productivity, quality, and speed.
Own high-priority escalations and coordinate with engineering/product teams to resolve.
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and runbooks.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
5+ years in technical support or customer-facing engineering (SaaS/DevOps/observability preferred).
Linux/Unix/macOS/Windows, networking fundamentals.
Python or Bash scripting.
Cloud experience: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Kubernetes know-how in troubleshooting, scaling, deployment.
