Act as conduit between Skydio and Enterprise customers; answer technical questions.
Work with internal teams to become an expert on Skydio products and roadmap.
Collaborate with Product to understand specs and capabilities; influence roadmap.
Cross-functionally prioritize customer issues with Tech, Product, Logistics, GTM.
Troubleshoot networking issues via IP, cellular modems, and WiFi in Enterprise/IoT.
Be flexible to work on multiple projects, tactical and strategic.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in B2B operational, technical, or customer-facing roles.
Proficient in troubleshooting, triage, escalation.
Bilingual in English and Japanese.
Scripting: Bash, PHP, Python.
Strong knowledge of Network Security and IPsec across networks.
Experience with streaming/WebRTC/REST for IoT/enterprise apps; Linux and network diagnostics.
