Senior Technical Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide advanced functional and technical ERP integration support to customers.
• Troubleshoot complex ERP integration, payment processing, and accounting issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation to deliver great customer experiences.
• Support ERP customers on NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC & Finance.
• Demonstrate strong accounting knowledge across O2C, P2P, R2R, AR, GL, and Financial Reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years ERP experience in functional, consulting, implementation, or support.
• Experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC & FO, Acumatica, SAP B1.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Economics, IS, or related field.
• Strong understanding of O2C, P2P, R2R, AR, GL, and Financial Reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, or Jira.
