📋 Description

• Identify, research, and engage highly qualified technical professionals across multiple
• Apply sophisticated sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn research, talent
• Work closely with one client at a time, developing a strong understanding of its business
• Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and senior stakeholders to refine search strategies

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, with a
• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience working within an internal talent acquisition team, with an
• Strong expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, candidate research, and alternative sourcing
• Ability to understand technical roles, identify relevant skills and experience, and develop
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to manage multiple
