📋 Description

• Deliver high-impact external enablement training to strategic customers in India.
• Act as regional face of technical education to drive platform adoption.
• Own the enablement lifecycle from planning to hands-on sessions.
• Translate product roadmaps into scalable learning assets and labs.
• Design scalable curricula, content, and sandboxes for regional/global use.
• Leverage GenAI to accelerate curriculum development and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive travel (up to 75%): across India for workshops and exams.
• Deep technical acumen in Observability, Kubernetes, Cloud; Java/.NET/Node/Python.
• Facilitation and coaching: deliver technical training to external customers.
• Content & Lab Development: hands-on labs and learning assets.
• Cross-Functional Integration: collaborate with Product/PMM to translate concepts.
• SaaS/Tech experience: 5+ years in enablement, pre-sales, or training.
